Despite excellent planning and execution of plans to get to RI this year, the actual event could have been handled better by the staff. Faulty servers, incompetent personnel, and disrespectful staff have caused us to reevaluate our participation in the DO event. Next year the group will be trying out "PAX" (Penny Arcade eXpo). It's a bit farther, but has an excellent reputation for quality at a slightly cheaper price. Can't go wrong there.
