Theres been bad weather all week, but I still wanted to go hiking, since my last 2 trips failed. The weather wasn't any better, but I got some experiance with snowshoes and managed to make it 6 miles in to see the lakes. A look up at the low cloud ceiling proved that even if I changed my mind and tried climbing a peak, I wouldn't get a view.
