Dix Mountain Range, Newcomb NY

Thanks to rising gas prices, it was either I go hiking now while gas is high, or go later when gas prices will be phenominally higher. So I pushed my plans up a few months and decided to tackle the Dix Range. Despite being called South and East Dix, they're being renamed Carson Peak and Grace Peak. Some of the trails were one-way without proper gear, and the entire thing weas physically exausting, but so worth it. 4 peaks in 1 day is a new personal best for me, and unless I managed to do the Seward Range in 1-trip, this record will stand for a while on my list.
