After a long summer (for me at least) with little contact with the group, it was time for our anual camping trip. I was in Denver doing work for the summer and certinaly in no rush to return to NYS, however after spending all summer with very few people to talk to [in person, not online] I traveled the +2000mi in only 2 days.

Everyone was caught by surprise, and as expected, an excellent time was had DESPITE the rain. NY welcomed me home with rain, hail, thunder and lightning, but after holding out in the forest with the group, nature knew she had no chance to route us from her stronghold.
