With springtime ending, the BTC decided that another camping trip was in order for this summer. New York being in the midst of a financial meltdown however, decided it would be closing state parks to save money. Fortunately for the group, our favorite campground remained off the cutting block. The usual date range (3rd weekend of July) was booked to capacity, HOWEVER since it always rains that weekend in NY (3 years and running) the group decided to push the camping trip 1 week forward, as August is a drier month.
